Anyone who’s been through a renovation knows things don’t always go exactly according to plan. What stood out to me about the Coronation team is how they handle those moments. If something comes up, they address it quickly and work to make sure the end result is something the client is happy with. That kind of accountability goes a long way. I’ve worked with them more than once and have always had a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Thank you, Sam, for your great work. We’ve used Coronation Construction for two separate projects—a basement ceiling replacement with electrical rewiring, and a laundry room renovation—and we would absolutely hire them again. Sam is professional, personable, listens to clients needs and does excellent work. He kept the project area clean and made sure his subcontractors did the same. We’re very happy with how both projects turned out and would confidently recommend Coronation Construction.

Sam and his crew were professionals. They did a great job fixing my basement after a flood. My basement looks perfect now better than it did before. Also they fixed my gate, which I really appreciate. I would definitely recommend Coronation Construction to get the job done.

Coronation Construction is super reliable, professional and reasonably priced. Above all of this, the thing I value most when working with anyone is kindness. Sam and his team are really down to earth and super helpful. He even helped me scope out a potential duplex I was interested in buying before pulling the trigger. I can't say enough great things, and if you're looking for a Construction Company in London, Ontario you should pretty much only go with Coronation Construction. Big fan!

I had Coronation Construction redo the ceiling in my garage, including drywall work and insulation, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Sam was great to deal with from start to finish — clear communication, fair pricing, and very straightforward about the scope of the work. Everyone involved did a solid, professional job. The quality of the finished ceiling is excellent, everything came together exactly as discussed, and there were no surprises along the way. I’d definitely recommend Coronation Construction to anyone looking for reliable, quality work.

Sam and his crews did an outstanding job at finishing our basement. Throughout the project, Sam was readily available, offering thoughtful, professional guidance on every question and decision we had. His workmanship was excellent, the communication was clear and consistent, and the team carried out the work with great care and professionalism. Overall, we are delighted with the final result and we highly recommend Coronation Construction.

We have had the pleasure of working with Sam and Hoda from Coronation Construction on multiple projects now. They are truly amazing at what they do and always take the time to explain the process and give great advice. They offer great value, and unmatched expertise. Their entire team is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They left our space cleaner than it was before they started. We highly recommend them to all our friends and family and will continue to do so. A+++ thanks for the great work!

Coronation Construction skim coated our popcorn ceilings to make them smooth in our living room, dining room and front entrance and did a FABULOUS job! Sam put me right at ease about the job and scheduled us in within a very reasonable timeline. Jose, who did the work, was such a hard worker making our ceiling nothing short of perfect! We’re so glad to have our ceilings look brand new!

Sam completed a basement Reno for us and he was amazing to work with. He is professional, has great attention to detail and takes pride in his work. We will definitely be hiring Sam for any future renovation projects. UPDATE - just finished our second project with Sam which was the renovation of our garage. Sam did an amazing job transforming our crumbling garage walls and floor into a brand new, shiny space that we're excited to show people! We enjoyed working with Sam again and we are already working on plans with him for our next project - bathroom reno. Do not hesitate to contact Sam for any of your projects!
